Shipping and Returns

All items purchased from Rust’s Western Shed will be shipped within 24 hours of a cleared payment of operational business days. If manufacturing time is needed for any item purchased, this item will be shipped within the 24 hours of receiving the finished product from the manufacture excluding non operational days. If you need to have an order immediately, please contact us before ordering to verify that your item(s) are in stock. When items are not in stock they are ordered to fulfill your order. If you have questions on estimated ship times please contact us before ordering.

Return/Refund Policy

Rust’s Western Shed requires that you contact us prior to the return of any item. From the date of delivery you will have five (5) business days to return items purchased. Store credits are offered on all items purchased. If the item purchased is not as described we can offer a full refund. There is a 15% restocking fee for all items. If there is an exchange of the item for a similar item the 15% restocking fee will be waived. Rust’s Western Shed reserves the right to deny a return if it is not in the same condition as when it was originally mailed from our location, shows any signs of wear (on new items), or for any reason we feel you jeopardized the item/s. Any return needs to be sent with a tracking number as we are not responsible for lost or stolen returns while in transit back to us.
